Kombucha has many health related benefits, but is there any truth behind the claims that drinking kombucha can actually relieve constipation or help you to get regular?
Kombucha has made its way into the forefront of the wellness world knocking other so-called healthy beverages off the shelves as we become more educated on the benefits of bowel health, but does it really work to make you regular?
Kombucha is said to help with digestion because it has probiotics.
From protecting us from illness to boosting our brain health, it seems like there’s nothing that probiotics can’t do.
Probiotics are a (good for you) bacteria linked with gut health, but the problem is, you don't always know how many probiotics and which strains you're getting.
The absence of scientific evidence isn’t saying that kombucha is not effective, but I would like to see placebo studies done for this product, like with other scientifically proven digestive aids.
kombucha is delicious, but some people are not really sure about all the health hype surrounding the beverage. So for now, lets just enjoy our kombucha for its flavor, B vitamin content, and potentially improved gut health.
