I've done some research on the subject as I am also interested in this topic but, I can't seem to find any sources. Every Google search turns up a Dominos pizza franchise. However, I did find a woman on YouTube who goes by the name Heves5. You can check out her video and page at

According to her website she does professional projects using the domino setup.
