If you should get logged out of our system for whatever reason in the middle of providing an extensive answer to a question or you find that the answer box has gone blank on a mobile phone (don't panic), you can press the back key on your mobile device to pick up where you left off and click the "save as draft" option in the lower right-hand corner just below the answer box.
Note: The same action for mobile devices should be used if you are using a tablet device.
If you are using a desktop computer, simply click the back arrow button located in the upper left corner of your web browser. This button is usually located directly next to or just below the "search" or "address bar" depending on the web browser. Again, always use the "save as draft" option in the lower right-hand corner below the answer box.
