Amazon has always been open with its employees. As an added bonus, they allow employees to bring their beloved pets to work on any given day. It's been a longstanding tradition at its Seattle headquarters since the early days of Amazon. You can find photos of random employee dogs on any of Amazon's 404 pages (page not found or dead product link.) like the one I stumbled across below.
With Amazon, bring your pet to work day is every day and there's around 6000 dogs in total and many show up in rotation on any given day. Check out the Amazon blog for a detailed history or you can also check the following article from Forbes which explains the 404 pages and Amazon's dog history in detail. https://www.forbes.com/sites/zaraston...
Fact: In 1999, PSI held the first Take Your Dog to Work Day in the United States on Friday, June 24. An estimated 300 companies participated nationwide.
